I am a person who enjoys undertaking projects … improvements to or creation of library services, complex projects, and projects that take significant time and effort to complete. So, my question is: how can a “big picture” and “project” person keep a job interesting when the biggest challenge currently being faced is staffing?

The days are slowly getting longer! We are gaining about 3 minutes of daylight each day! I love this progression. Today the sun rose at 10:02 and set at 16:13. Enjoy the New Year, wherever you are.
